WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

There's no order too big or small.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR PRICES

My prices will include everything from start to finish of your project. That includes:
- planning the build to determine what materials are needed to complete the project
- purchasing all required materials
- building the item

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR LUMBER AND OTHER MATERIALS?

Most, if not all materials are purchased from Home Depot and/or Lowes.

WHAT WOOD SPECIES DO YOU OFFER WITH YOUR BUILDS. 

I typically offer four different types of wood for the builds. 1. Pine wood - this is the softer, least expensive wood I use. The majority of my builds use this wood and I find it to be extremely durable. 2. Select premium pine- this is a pine that is finely finished. Typically a bit more than regular Pine. 3. Oak - is a hardwood. This tends to have a nicer, more sharp finish. It is a bit more pricey than pine. 4. Pressure treated - treated with chemicals to protect from rotting in the weather. I use this for all outdoor projects. 

HAVE THE INCREASE IN LUMBER PRICES AFFECTED BUSINESS?

Absolutely. However, while the prices of lumber have gone up tremendously, my service/labor fees have not. I’ve actually decreased my hourly rate to try and offset the increase to lumber prices. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY

All items are built custom based on requirements provided by you. I do accept returns. However, since the item is built specifically for you, I only offer refunds for the value of labor.
When project is complete, I can provide a receipt that shows the price of materials as well as price for service/labor.
